வஞ்சக எண்ணங்கொண்ட ``பொதுமகள்'' ஒருத்தியிடம் மயங்குவதை அறிவில்லாதவனுக்கு ஏற்பட்ட ``மோகினி மயக்கம்'' என்று கூறுவார்கள்.

வஞ்சம் நிறைந்த பொதுமகளிரின் சேர்க்கை, ஆராய்ந்தறியும் அறிவு இல்லாதவற்க்கு அணங்கு தாக்கு(மோகினி மயக்கு) என்று கூறுவர்.
வஞ்சிப்பதில் வல்ல பாலியல் தொழிலாளரின் தழுவலை, வஞ்சனையைக் கண்டு அறியும் அறிவற்றவர், காமம் ஊட்டி உயிர் கவரும் தெய்வத்தின் தாக்குதல் என்பர்.
