பிறர்க்கு உதவியாகக் கொடுக்கப்படும் பொருளைக் கண்டு பொறாமைப்படுகின்றவனுடைய சுற்றம், உடையும் உணவும் இல்லாமல் கெடும்.
பிறர்க்குக் கொடுப்பதைக் கண்டு பொறாமைப் படுகிறவனின் குடும்பம், உடுக்கவும், உண்ணவும் இல்லாமல் அலையும்.
He who is envious at a gift (made to another) will with his relations utterly perish destitute of food and rainment.
